My great class

Wow, I'm serious. My class is so great. I've never thought that I could be in the class with foreign intructors, foreign students like this, so I could say:" I'm a lucky person".

A new develop step for ABC and other regular channels

Nowadays, viewers prefer watching TV on the channels that they have to pay fees because there are a lot of interesting shows, and time for commercials is limited. Therefore, ABC wants to attract viewers to go back to the regular channels by unloading shock shows. It is useful for viewers to watch movies without paying service fee, and it is beneficial for ABC to increase revenue from advertisements.

In my opinion, having more shows with limited advertises makes me interested to watch TV on the regular channels. I think it is a good way for ABC to keep viewers, but whether they can contend to other cables or not. Because ABC and regular TV just earn money from only advertises while others make money from 2 sides – monthly fee for cable and advertises. Is my thinking superfluous?

Anyway, now we have free channels to enjoy movies. Why don’t we use them up?

My dream

Have you ever thought back about your life? How is it? To me, I think my life have not had any special things. It is really boring because I just do routine works days by days. Therefore, when intructor asks me: "Do you think what you could do to change your life?", it is so hard for me to answer it. I am 23 years old now, and I am studying foreign language to prepare to study my major in the future. But from the depth of the soul, I want to do one small thing to help poor people in my country have basic conditions to live.

Vietnam is a quite poor country, and there still have a lot of poor people. I don’t know where and when I have a dream to contribute my ability to make a basic living standard for them. Maybe I am effected by my parents’ education, and teach words about loving people in my religion. When I was at home, I went to orphans ward, and elders ward where they don’t have any taking care from family with my friends from the church. I remembered orphans’ smile, elders’ tears when we went to visit and share with them on the occasion of holidays. That’s why I always think and I wish I could help them feel loving their lives more, and forget their unfortunates.

With only myself and right now, I think one thing I can do is to try to study hard to help me get a good job in the future. It doesn’t mean that I don’t help children now, even though I don’t earn money, I still send my dream to poor children by contributing a little money and praying “God bless them”. Whenever I can earn money, I join charities and try my best to give them helpings about substance and spirit.

In fact, saying help other people is easier than do it, but I hope I will do it. Although it is only to help poor people in my country, I think and I hope that is a starting point to let me go on my dream through over the world.

The Love Day, Feb 14th!

Freshmen!!! We have the best way to get "the best time of life". Yeah ^-^

In fact, almost new students spend a difficult period when they just step on community college, and it does not except for me. Even though I have been living here more than four months, I am still a newcomer in the USA, especially CSUF. The same with this semester, during the first week, i almost got stress because it was more difficult than last semester. I felt and wanted to give up everything, I felt alone, I missed my family and I wanted to go home right away. But when i thought back, my parents always hope me will succeed in the future. Therefore, I felt I have to stay here and study hard.

Especially, after reading "Will you survive CSUF?" on Daily Titan online, I thought that I lost a lot of thing such as I did not set up my time logically, i do not have a special target, and i don't know where i can express my problems. That's why I almost looked like a stunned person at the first week. Right now, I know what i have to do. Yeah^-^ This article teaches me a lots, and I know I still have a lot of thing to do. I think we have only one way to survive in college is having goal, time management, how to deal problems. All of them are truly important for the students who are on the first step on college. Moreover, it is also useful for everybody who wants to succeed in their lives.

Everybody enjoys your lives , enjoys the best time of life.
